BTS‘ J-Hope has revealed how much work went into planning for the release of his solo album titled ‘Jack in the Box‘ and preparing for his performance at the acclaimed Lollapalooza festival. A day in the life of the rapper during the summer of 2022 went like this:
The BTS member would start his day by waking up at noon. In the first half hour of his day, he drinks his coffee and makes his bed. He continues by starting his personal care from 12:30pm to 3:00pm.
“Starting with skin care to stretching, I do a lot of aesthetic self-care“.

[12:00-12:30PM] Wake up, coffee, make bed.
[12:30-3:00PM] Self-care, skincare, stretching, esthetics.
[3:00-12:00AM] Go to the office, meetings, practice, work on music.

Later she heads to work with an extensive and possibly exhausting schedule from 3:00 to midnight.
“Various meetings, practice, work on anything that needs work“.
At midnight the next day, J-Hope comes home for “worry time!“, due to the fact that he can’t help but worry about the results and makes sure everything is perfect due to the fact that it was the first time he would be alone and there is a lot to do.
He continues to work on certain details from home until 5:00 which is his bedtime, and even though the idol thinks he is doing “nothing special“, his effort and dedication day after day are being rewarded with his great success.
