Gerard Piqué to face lawsuit over false accusations against paparazzi

Professional footballer Gerard Piqué must stand trial for making false accusations against a paparazzi.

Gerard has not been able to move on from the controversies that led him to break up with Shakira and start a relationship with Clara Chia Marti. Apparently, the infidelity he committed towards the mother of his children has taken its toll in different aspects of his life.

Now he is facing a new controversy, a paparazzi has warned him that he could face a million-dollar lawsuit for defaming his dignity.

Jordi Martin, a reporter who has followed every move of the ex-couple and the current couple, discovered that the former FC Barcelona defender followed every story that the communicator posted on his social networks.

When he noticed that Piqué was monitoring him, he made a comment claiming that his accounts were being monitored by a watcher. And that’s when Clara Chia’s friend had no qualms about giving a response that lowered Jordi’s self-esteem: “Stop using drugs, cocaine is very shitty,” Gerard commented.

When the reporter noticed this comment, she began to take legal action against Gerard Piqué for discriminating against him in some way and casting strong aspersions on him without evidence.

“My lawyers are preparing a lawsuit and will file a complaint for defamation and slander in the next few days,”

Said Jordi, adding that he will perform all the necessary tests to verify that he does not have in his body the substances that Pique accuses him of. The authorities will determine what measures the ex-footballer will have to take or what compensation he will have to pay the person for his words.
