Prince Harry, through his statements in his memoir “Spare“, opened his heart to give his readers every last detail of his private life. The Duke of Sussex shared the terrible experience he lived when he learned of the death of his mother, Princess Diana of Wales.
The Duke of Sussex has not recovered from that painful moment, as he states in his book of memoirs, in which apart from throwing hard darts against his family, the British royals, he also details how difficult it was for him the death of his mother many years ago.
The youngest son of the current King Charles III claimed that his father was the one who gave him the tragic news. However, he surprised all his followers by revealing the King’s treatment of him considering the situation, confessing that he did not hug him or tell him he was sorry.

Prince William‘s younger brother confesses that he did not cry that night, he stayed alone in his room without receiving any visitors. However, in the days following the news he cried and claimed to feel a lot of anger and helplessness.
In addition, Harry opened up about what he thought had actually happened to his mother on the day of her death. The Duke said that he convinced himself that Lady Di had gone far away, in order to hide from the royal family and thus lead a quiet and happy life.
However, this was not the reality of what had happened and facing the truth was evidently something that the Prince found difficult and still finds hard to accept.
