In 2022, it was announced that HYBE, the management behind each of the BTS members, will produce a documentary about J-Hope’s album “Jack in The Box” in collaboration with Disney+. The new news reveals that the project already has a title and release date.
It is “J-Hope in the box“, which will address Jung Hoseok’s artistic career, and the lead-up to his solo debut last year. It will also include footage filmed during the 27-year-old idol’s headlining performance at the Lollapalooza 2022 festival.

The new Disney x BTS project refers to the name of the BTS rapper’s solo album, titled “Jack in The Box”. According to a press release sent to Korean media, the documentary will narrate the idol’s creative process for the creation of his album, there will also be “behind the scenes” of every step for the promotion of his project.
“J-Hope in the box” will be available for worldwide viewing on February 17th, starting at 5 p.m. KST, according to BTS’ official message. The broadcast of the documentary will be through the Disney+ streaming platform worldwide, as well as through the Weverse app.
