BTS‘ Jimin is set to release his solo album in a few weeks, according to Korean media DongA. The idol would become the third in the k-pop group’s official solo lineup after the hiatus announcement and following the releases of J-Hope, Jin and RM.
Jimin’s collaboration with BIGBANG member Taeyang on the song “Vibe” would be just one of the many solo music activities of the “Filter” singer, who has been working on his own album for several months now.

According to Korean media, the BTS member’s album would be released in February. The exact date is still under coordination, the media said.
BIGHIT MUSIC briefly responded to the inquiries by keeping some mystery about Jimin’s album.
“The release schedule of the album will be revealed once all details are finalized“, Soompi shared.
Although the members of BTS have performed solos before, this is the first time Jimin will be formally presenting individual music with all that comes with producing an album.
