BTS’ Jin won the position as commander of his unit in the military service

In an official military service photo released on January 6th, it can be seen a detail on BTS Jin‘s uniform where it was exposed that the idol was training as a trainee commander of his squadron.

Later, the singer’s post was confirmed by the media. As reported by YTN TV, company commander trainees are selected by the trainees themselves. The role can also be understood as group leader.

Among the functions of this position, which is part of basic military training, the BTS member must issue executive instructions to the unit and salute at roll call, the media outlet explained.

YTN noted that “The Astronaut” singer enjoys the backing of his team. In addition, a post on the military’s Facebook information page highlighted the actor for his hard work, which helped increase his popularity among recruits.
