It’s common knowledge that the now King Charles III was with his current wife and Queen Consort, Camilla Parker, while he was also in a relationship with the late Princess Diana of Wales, who is the mother of his two sons, Prince William and Prince Harry.
A few months after Lady Di’s tragic passing in a car accident in Paris, Charles announced that Camilla Parker was his new girlfriend and married her soon after. That marked his fate as one of the most hated Royal members in history, while Diana remains one of the most beloved ones.
As if being a widely hated King wasn’t problem enough, there is an actual constitutional problem with King Charles’ coronation, and it’s due to the fact that the British Monarchy and the British Church have never crowned a divorced man, as it’s not allowed. The constitutional crisis that the first son of the late Queen Elizabeth is going through is already being analyzed, according to a Royal expert.
With this adultery in his record, his coronation could be cancelled, and if not, it could still lead to serious consequences during his reign, and his power.
According to the Royal biographer Anthony Holden, when he revealed on an interview that he had been unfaithful to his then wife, Diana, his career started spiraling down and the Royal Family started planning a way to recover the public image of the Crown, unsuccessfully, and we can just wait to see how this story develops.
