In the midst of the controversial separation between Shakira and Gerard Piqué, it is revealed that the singer’s chef had resigned to go to work with the soccer player and his partner, the Spanish model Clara Chía.
According to information from ‘Despierta America’, the employee of the Colombian would have told him that he quit his job to open his own restaurant, when in fact he had been hired by Pique.
“He told her that he was quitting, that he was going to fulfill his dream of setting up his own restaurant and, well, Shakira told him go ahead, fly butterfly.
It was false, he actually went with Piqué, to work with the ex,” said one of the presenters.
Apparently, a source close to the famous interpreter of ‘Inevitable’ told one of the hosts that the employee was the one who prepared breakfast for Clara Chia, when her employer and the soccer player were in the process of separation.
“During the separation process, it was that Chef who, still being an employee of Shakira and Shakira’s circle, prepared breakfast and lunch for Pique’s new girlfriend. This is from a source quite close to the kitchen,” said another driver.
According to the presenters, the employee would go to Piqué’s parents’ house, which is next door to Shakira’s home, to serve food to the former Barcelona player’s new girlfriend.
“While working at Shakira’s house, when she was still paying him his salary, he would cross the street and go to she in-laws’ house to cook for Clara Chia,” he said.
