John Cena returns to WWE and takes historic win

Actor and professional wrestler John Cena returned to the WWE ring. The 16-time World Champion returned to wrestling after several years away from the McMahon’s company.

John Cena made his long-awaited return to WWE and alongside Kevin Owens, defeated Roman Reigns and Sammy Zayn in the main event of the final Smackdown of 2022.

John Cena’s return to WWE had been announced for some time, but he did not have a specific role nor was it known who he would fight, only that it would be on the last show of the year 2022, on December 30.

It is still unclear why he returned to WWE, some people say that his acting future was not as big as in wrestling.
