Friendships are possible after divorce, and Prince William proved it to us when he attended the wedding of his ex-partner Rose Farquhar. The celebrations took place this weekend and were held at a church in Gloucestershire, in the southeast of England, where the royals were there to be with their ex-partner at a momentous time in her life.

For the vast majority of royal family fans, it wasn’t his presence at the ceremony that caught their attention, but the fact that he was alone, as Kate Middleton did not accompany him to the family event.

Prince William was invited to the private wedding of Rose Farquhar and George Gemmell last weekend, the Prince of Wales and Rose were engaged many years ago and despite their separation, their relationship so far as friends is still very good.

.

William, dressed in a suit and a beautiful black tie, attended the ceremony alone, but the reason for Kate Middleton‘s absence is unknown, it could be because he had other commitments or the invitation was personal, although the tabloids talk about a possible separation.

According to Page Six, when Prince William and Rose Farquhar were finishing their studies at Eton, they met at Beaufort Polo, but their romance was short-lived, as Rose moved to New York to study acting and surprised everyone years later when she appeared on The Voice in 2016
