When Gerard Piqué, and singer, Shakira announced their separation, one of the main concerns of fans was the future of Sasha and Milán, their common children.
After months of negotiation between the lawyers in a last meeting of more than 12 hours in the mansion they used to share, Shakira and Piqué reached the agreement that the singer can move to live in Miami with her children, but under certain conditions.
The Catalan, asked Shakira three things in their separation agreement: The first, that she wait until January 2023 to move to North America, so that she could spend the end-of-year holidays with her offspring. The second, a 10-day-a-month visitation regime with Sasha and Milan.
And the third, to spend their vacations with their children.
Informalia confessed that the Colombian would have expressly prohibied Gerard Piqué to move to Miami. The reasons are unknown, but according to the media this was a key clause for the Colombian to accept the separation agreement
This information comes just after other Spanish media speculated that the soccer player would be looking for a home in the U.S. coastal city, in order to be closer to his children.
Do you think it is fair for Piqué not to be able to live in the same place as his children?
Do you consider it an extreme requirement of the singer?
