The controversy over the abuse suffered by OMEGA X has worsened following revelations indicating that the members have suffered not only mental, verbal and physical abuse, but also sexual harassment and assault.

The artists also claimed that there were incidents leading up to the group’s overseas tours. One case was when they were forced to act despite having tested positive for COVID-19.
Now, SBS News reported that the members were also victims of sexual abuse both at a company-ordered drinking party and at the airport. The news service shared evidence of inappropriate touching in a video report.
“There was physical contact at the meeting they called me to where they were drinking,” said an OMEGA X member.
“At the airport, after being intoxicated, she wrapped her arm around mine and hugged me“, he added.

The member said that Spire Entertainment, especially Kang, would threaten him if he filed these complaints. Furthermore, lawyer Noh Jong Eon, the legal representative of OMEGA X, told CBS Nocut News that:

Despite Spire Entertainment releasing a statement on November 7th stating that the CEO has resigned, there are doubts as to whether this is true, as Kang is married to Chairman Hwang Seong Woo.
