After Shakira and Gerard Piqué reached an agreement on the custody of their two children, the singer will be able to move definitively to Miami, Florida where the ex-football player will be able to see them 10 days every month, as well as spend Christmas with them.
The Colombian singer will not start from ‘zero’ in Miami, as she has very good friends there, and she already owns a house, which will be from now on the new home of Shakira and her children.
The residence is located specifically on North Bay Road, one of the favorite streets for celebrities to live.
The artist acquired the residence in 2001 for more than 2.5 million dollars. In 2018, she put it up for sale for almost million, however, the property did not sell.
The mansion overlooks the sea, has 750 square meters of construction and is distributed on two floors and on an area of almost 2 thousand square meters.
The residence is minimalist and totally white, with a similar style to the house she shared with Piqué in the town of Esplugues de Llobregat, in Barcelona.
The property has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and spacious and bright living rooms.
The bathrooms have luxury finishes and, like the bedrooms, are well lit. The house also has a space destined for the gym area, which is perfect for the singer to exercise and perform her dance routines.
