Jungkook of BTS reportedly lost his bucket hat some time ago and it was recently found for sale. The artist’s hat was for sale on a website, the police made an investigation looking for the provenance of the item and who it belonged to.

Another reason why it caught so much attention was because of its high cost, as it was listed for 10 Million Won, around $7,200. The seller explained that the cost was because the object was in very good condition and besides that, it belonged to Jeon Jungkook.

The person in charge of the publication, assured that the artist went to process his diplomatic passport and that was when he lost the hat, the worker mentioned that neither Jungkook, nor anyone from Big Hit Entertainment, went to claim the hat.
According to the country’s law, after 6 months have passed without anyone claiming the lost item, it becomes the property of the person who found it.
Even so, the seller faces charges of misappropriation of lost items, however, the charges may change to occupational misappropriation, as he would not have followed proper protocols in finding the hat.
