Selena Gomez has been involved in a new controversy, now with the actress, Francia Raísa, her friend who donated a kidney to her in 2017, who did not seem to like that the singer said that Taylor Swift was her “only friend in the industry” .
The problem began after some statements by Gómez in a recent interview with Rolling Stone magazine. On the cover of the publication’s December issue, Selena said, “I never fit in with a cool group of celebrity girls. My only friend in the industry is Taylor (Swift), so I remember feeling like I don’t belong“.
The North American media E! News decided to replicate Selena’s line in an Instagram carousel filled with photos of her and Taylor’s friendship. “This friendship? It comes naturally“, the page wrote, paraphrasing one of the early hits of Gomez’s music career, “Naturally“.
