Jeon Jung-kook, better know for his stage name, Jungkook, has been worrying his fans due to photos and videos where he’s seen crying right after concerts end. Here are the reasons.

The south Korean singer and dancer Jungkook is one of the seven members of the worldwide sensation of Kpop, BTS. He’s been causing a lot of fuzz lately because instead of leaving his concerts with a smile, he seems sad and he even cries as he gets off the stage.

We live in a society where it’s not common to see men crying, and much less common to see men crying in public, and it’s even seen as a sign of weakness and poor masculinity.

However, it doesn’t look like Jungkook is afraid of being seen crying in public, much less worried about his own fans seeing him crying, and he even walks around the stage, in front of the audience and his band mates, seemingly proud of his tears. But what drives the most attention is not just the sole fact of him crying but also, why is he crying? Isn’t he supposed to be happy on stage, performing energetic songs?

What is driving him to tears?

When asked about the reason for this behavior on stage, he doesn’t deny doing it, by the contrary, he shares with a lot of pride that he doesn’t think she should be afraid or ashamed of being seen in that state, in his own words, “because I’m sure that there will be many other times in which I’ll be crying on stage. There has been a lot of moving moments on the stage”.

He continued by speaking about being grateful to his fans, the self-proclaimed “ARMY”, for letting him cry of happiness on stage and for following him and the rest of the members on each concert.
