Golden Child’s Bomin will undergo surgery for facial fracture

K-Pop boy group Golden Child member, Bo Min, is scheduled to undergo surgery after fracturing a bone in his face when he was hit with a wooden golf club, his agency Woollim Entertainment recently said in a statement.

“On the afternoon of September 28, Bomin was hit in the face with a wooden golf club that someone else was using during a practice session for one of Bomin’s personal schedules. We immediately carried out emergency treatment and detailed examination“

So far, the surgery recommended by the medical staff, for his facial fracture, has no date, however, after the surgical intervention, the idol is expected to continue improving by undergoing rehabilitation, thus focusing on his speedy recovery.

The agency also mentions that it will be difficult for the artist to be part of the group’s next musical activities due to his health situation, so it remains to notify his reintegration in the future.

“Therefore, it will be difficult for him to participate in Golden Child’s schedules at this time and we will inform you of his return to activities in the future“.
