EXO’s Xiumin and Sehun talk about an upcoming group comeback soon

Hours before his solo debut, EXO‘s Xiumin met at a press conference and together with his partner Sehun, who participated in the event as an MC, they talked about the relationship between the members and the upcoming comeback of the renowned K-Pop group.

The oldest idol in the group expressed his feelings for his members, revealing how valuable they are to him when asked “what do you not want to lose in the next 10 years“.

“My bandmates“, he replied.

“I don’t want to lose them and I can’t lose them. I think the other members feel the same way“.

In addition, the idol confessed that due to his long hiatus from group activities, in order to fulfill his obligations as a South Korean citizen, he wishes to go on stage to give a performance with all the members of the group.

“I took a long break as a singer, I had to do my mandatory military service, and when I was released, other members went to the army. But I would love to resume group activities“.

Sehun, for his part, caused great excitement in the fans by commenting on a possible comeback of the boy group.

“It’s just my opinion, but I think (EXO’s comeback) will be soon“, Sehun said.

The group’s last comeback was with their mini album “Don’t Fight The Feeling” in June 2021, but it was released without any group activities, which disappointed fans. Currently, Lay is not part of SM Entertainment and members Chanyeol and Baekyhun are serving their mandatory military service.

Xiumin’s solo project “Brand New” is inspired by the music of the 1990s and early 2000s. Also, it is composed of five songs in total “Brand New“, “How We Do” , “Feedback“, “Love Letter” and “Serenity“.
