Jennie talks about things people might not know about her in BLACKPINK‘s recent interview with Rolling Stone. When asked what misunderstandings people had about her after she became a celebrity, the idol brought up her shy personality.

She heard people say that she lacked confidence when she was younger, and even saying hello made her shy. During training days, people misunderstood Jennie because she seemed angry. But the truth is that she was shy.

After debuting, the member of the K-Pop group came out of her shell and became more confident of herself. Because she realized that if she didn’t interact well with others, this could become a problem.
