On May 20th (KST) Taehyung, RM and Jin from BTS returned to Melon station with a podcast that brought together the musical hits from the beginning of their careers and the best anecdotes of K-Pop idols.
BTS debuted with “No more dream”, from the mini album “2 Cool 4 Skool” on June 13th, 2013. And, less than a month away from the ninth anniversary, the K-pop idols recapitulate the first stage of their careers.
“First of all, there were so many versions of this song!”, says RM.
“Right, we had like 20 versions!“, Jin agrees.
“We also did about 20 kinds of choreography”, JIn adds.
“Somehow, since it was our debut album, we put in the most effort”, RM confesses.
“O!RUL8,2?”, also known as “Oh, are you late too?” It was BTS’ first EP in their musical career published on September 11th, 2013 and had “N.O” as a promotional song.
“In my case, during the promotion time for “N.O,” I always…when it was comeback time, I had a big pimple on my nose”, reveals Taehyung.
“That was the worst moment. Really that moment… the pimple on my nose was so bad that it ruined the photo shoot“, adds the idol.

BTS’ second EP was “Skool Luv Affair“, released on February 12th, 2014. It then continued the hip hop aesthetic of the K-Pop septet.
“Since the ‘Boy In Luv’ era, I think we slowly started to mature”, says Jin.
“I look at each of the songs and there isn’t a single song that I don’t remember on this album”, RM declares.
Described as one of BTS’s darkest albums by the members themselves, “Dark & Wild” was released on August 20th, 2014.
“How do we prepare for this song? Was it before we went to the US?” RM asks.
“It was our first recording in the US”, says Taehyung finally.
Finally, Jin mentioned that the other members of BTS will also be hosting a podcast episode for ARMY as part of their promotional activities for their “Proof” comeback.
