Truth behind BTS’ V and Jungkook’s card trick during Grammy performance revealed

Ahead of BTS‘ 9th anniversary album release, Korean media Hankyoreh shared the story behind Taehyung and Jungkook‘s card throwing.

On the Grammy stage, V and Jungkook showed an amazing performance by throwing and receiving a card. The fact that V and Jungkook threw it and caught it made people wonder “Did they really throw it and catch it?“, “How long had they trained for this performance?“.

It was on BTS’ VLive that ARMY learned the truth behind this scene. Taehyung threw a card, but Jungkook caught another card separately.

What’s more surprising is that BTS practiced together as a full group with 7 members only once the night before the awards show. Moreover, Olivia Rodrigo and V’s stage history was also revealed. It was then that Rodrigo showed a shocked expression after V whispered something to her.

Their chemistry was so good that many people thought it was a determined collaboration. As a result, the two only met once during the morning rehearsal that day. Since they were both too busy, they didn’t really have time to chat or practice, but they still created a legendary scene.
