BTS’ Suga updates fans on shoulder injury ‘my shoulders are not aligned’

On May 4th, BTS‘ Suga held a VLIVE to communicate with fans. While the idol was talking about the song “That That” his collaboration with Psy, a fan asked about his shoulder injury, if it hurts when dancing.

“Does your shoulder hurt when you dance?” asked the fan.

Fans have been worried as Suga has not yet fully recovered from his shoulder surgery, but he still performed the choreography of ‘That That’, which includes an intense movement that requires him to do a lot of arm movement.

In response to fans’ concern, Suga explained that the movements in which he can use his right arm and left arm are different. He said:

“You will also notice it at the concert. After I had surgery, the angle of my shoulders are not aligned.

The rotation angle of the right arm and left arm is different“.

“It doesn’t hurt to twist my arm, but it hurts when it goes beyond the range of motion because it’s twisted. I feel that my shoulder is solidly stabilized after the operation“, Suga added.
