K-Pop giant Hybe released LE SSERAFIM’s debut mini-album this Monday, May 2nd, and with their growing popularity both the outfits and choreography have generated new controversy for this K-Pop girl group.
The six-member group, consisting of Miyawaki Sakura, Kim Chaewon, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, Kim Garam, and Hong Eunchae, performed their title track “Fearless” during their debut stage. However, the outfits and choreography surprised netizens.

Many netizens claim that Hybe’s new project sexualizes the girls by making them dance a “vulgar” choreography and wear very “sexy” outfits, which they consider not appropriate for their ages.
On the other hand, this mini album shows the story of the six members who “fearlessly walk forward without being influenced by other people”, according to the agency.
