J-Hope‘s cameo in “The neighborhood” touched the k-pop superstar. Shortly after appearing in the new chapter of the American sitcom, released on April 18th, Hobi ran to Instagram and left a warm reaction that ARMY shares.
BTS’ special appearances in Korean programs, such as the k-drama “Our blues”, and international ones, such as the Netflix series “Emily in Paris”, are recurrent and this time it was Jung Hoseok‘s turn in “The neighborhood”.
In the latest airing of the sitcom, Episode 18 Season 4, Grover (Hank Greenspan) walks past Malcolm (Sheaun McKinney) and Marty (Marcel Spears) in his best outfits to impress his crush Molly Martin.
On one of the catwalks, Grover appears wearing the best outfit of the night. Seeing him, the jury is impressed and he reveals that he was inspired by the Bangtan fashion icon, J-Hope.

Later, he details that the rapper is Molly’s favorite member, and because his hair is not as straight as the idol’s, he plans to use a straightener to resemble the K-Pop group member’s hair.
“The neighborhood” social media accounts shared the snippet of J-Hope’s cameo. Shortly after, the K-pop superstar replicated the clip in a story on her personal Instagram, @uarmyhope.
He accompanied the post with an emoji of a smiling face with tears and one of a face with hearts.
