During the last few weeks, while on tour in South America, singer Miley Cyrus has performed at different music festivals, met fans who flocked to the doors of the hotels where she was staying, took pictures, gave hugs, sent kisses. However, in times of a pandemic, such actions have consequences. This Friday, April 1st the artist revealed that she tested positive for COVID-19.
“Traveling around the world, playin for a 100,000 people a night & meeting hundreds of fans a day the chances of getting Covid are pretty high. I have Covid now but it was definitely worth it“, Miley wrote on Twitter.
