Demi Lovato responds to Miley Cyrus collaboration rumors

The dream of anyone who has lived through adolescence in the Disney Channel series and movies is for the channel’s stars, such as Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus, to meet in projects and partnerships. Last week, a rumor got fans of the two stars very excited.

Lovato’s followers suspected that the song “Skin Of My Teeth” was a partnership with the owner of “Plastic Hearts“, but Demi denied it. In response to a fan club on social media, which speculated about the song being a collaboration between the artist, Lovato commented:

“Nope alllllll me – she’s incredible but no duet“.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone magazine, Demi Lovato was asked if this new album would be a return to the more rock, emo days of her career, while their replied:

“That, but better. And also, there’s a little bit of… and when I say heaviness, I don’t mean lyrically, but heaviness as in some of the sounds that I haven’t done before, which is exciting. It’s a new era reminiscent of my first era”.

At the end of the interview, Demi stated, “I’m not changing with the new music. I’m just going back to my roots!
