KQ Entertainment, the agency responsible for ATEEZ, reported this Tuesday, February 15th, that member San has tested positive for Covid-19 for the second time. The artist had already contracted the disease in July last year, when South Korea experienced a large spike in confirmed cases.

According to KQ Entertainment, San tested positive after returning to South Korea. The K-Pop group was touring the United States. He is asymptomatic, while Yunho, Mingi, and WooYoung are in self-isolation despite the negative result. It is worth remembering that all members of ATEEZ were vaccinated against Covid-19.

“Hello, this is KQ Entertainment.
ATEEZ member San has been notified of the confirmation of the positive test for asymptomatic COVID-19.
ATEEZ members YunHo, San, Mingi, and WooYoung, recently returned to Korea after a world tour in the United States, and arrived in Korea on the 12th after receiving a negative COVID-19 test through the PCR test before leave the United States.
After the PCR test performed according to the quarantine procedure, the San member tested positive on the afternoon of the 14th and entered home treatment.
Yunho, Mingi and WooYoung received their final test on the 15th and are in self-isolation as per the guidelines of the quarantine authorities.
All ATEEZ members have been vaccinated up to the second dose, and San currently has no symptoms.
