Between sales from major entertainment companies and multimillion-dollar contracts, re-releases of Taylor Swift‘s music catalog helped the singer appear on Forbes‘ list of highest-paid artists in 2022, being the only female singer in the Top 25.
The list, of course, counts the earnings of each of the artists from various branches of entertainment in 2021.
The numbers, according to Forbes, are the result of the income of the artists, before taxes and payments of their legal representations, such as entrepreneurs and lawyers.

Taylor Swift, as the only female musician on the list, appears at No. 25 with a total of million.
Forbes’ highest-paid artist of 2022 is filmmaker Peter Jackson, director of the “Lord of the Rings” franchise , who sold his visual effects company in November and tops the list with a gross of $580 million .
