Suga from BTS shares his oppinion on the same sex marriage and the LGBT community

The well-known BTS member has expressed his support towards the LGBT community in multiple oportunities, encouraging his fans to always be loyal to what they truly feel.

The worldwide sensation kpop group BTS has shown support to the community for many years now, some of them been known to enjoy songs and movies from the LGBT community, or that are about that thematic. They have also ventured in the fashion conversation, breaking some gender stereotypes for clothes.

Suga is one of the most outspoken ones in the group.

In his natal country, South Korea, although their technological development, the bigger part of the society holds a negative opinion towards people who identify as LGBT. BTS though, have raised their voices for their fans and have inspired them to be true to themselves, speaking about love towards yourself in their songs and speeches.

One of the biggest acts of support from Suga towards the LGBT community, was when he revealed what he thinks about same sex couples. The rapper of BTS had no prejudice in his speech and said “there is nothing wrong about it, we are all the same, we can be happy with whoever we want”.

He declared this on an interview for Billboard Japan, after being questioned about the song Same Love, which speaks about same sex marriage.
