ARMY celebrates the lives and accomplishments of each of the BTS members on a daily basis, but the maknae has two particular dates highlighted on the fandom’s calendar.
This is her birthday and Jungkook Day. If you are just entering the Bangtan Boys fan club, you probably do not know the story behind the last aforementioned celebration. Here we tell you all the details.
As on the idol’s birthday, Jungkook Day celebrates the K-pop superstar with messages on social media. These are accompanied by the inevitable hashtag on the occasion.
#JungkookDay compiles the thoughts and good wishes of the fandom, as well as admiration for all the accomplishments of the 24-year-old idol who makes history in the entertainment industry. The excitement of ARMY makes the aforementioned entry placed in world trends every January 9, the date of this celebration.

Jungkook Day was the own initiative of BTS’s maknae himself. The Bangtan vocalist and dancer marked January 9 as his day on the Season’s Greeting calendar for that season. The date chosen by the maknae is his birthday, September 1 or 9/1, but reversed on 01/09.
Every January 9 since 2018, ARMY throws the party on Twitter for Jeon Jungkook, and in 2022 they did it again. The international fanbase Golden Jungkook Union mobilized the fandom by sharing the hashtags to be used for the day.
