Agency releases statement regarding Jungkook and actress dating rumors

While RM, Jin and Suga recover from Covid-19, Jungkook got his name involved in new dating rumors. The youngest member of BTS was appointed as the boyfriend of South Korean actress Lee Yu Bi and it was up to the agencies of the two to manifest themselves to deny any information.

The rumors emerged after a YouTuber focused on content about K-Pop published a video about the alleged dating. The record says 22-year-old JK is the “ideal type” of Lee Yu-bi , who likes “men with pretty eyes“.

She, who is 31 years old, would be a big fan of the singer and started to use purple hearts (a BTS trademark ) on her Instagram, in addition to following his older brother. The two would also be wearing the same clothes and accessories.

Because of this, this Monday, December 27th, the agencies of the two issued statements. Y-Bloom Entertainment, responsible for Lee Yu-bi’s career, said it’s an “unfounded” rumor.

“The news about Lee Yu-Bi and Jungkook dating makes no sense . They’ve never seen each other in person and don’t know each other. Among BTS members, Lee Yu-Bi met Suga but that was a long time ago. We don’t even know if they’re in touch right now”.

Big Hit Music also denied the information and said it is taking regular legal action against malicious posts and false information related to BTS.
