BTS’ V releases music for Netlix series “Christmas Tree”

Sweet and sour Christmas Eve for BTS fans. While Suga was diagnosed with COVID-19, V released a new song on the audio platforms. “Christmas Tree” is part of the soundtrack of the series “Our Beloved Summer”.

The production arrived accompanied by a video clip with scenes from the series.

V does not appear. Watch:

The repercussion was immediate. BTS fans have engaged and placed “Christmas Tree” at the top of several digital platforms. On the ARMY count, the song reached the top of iTunes top 60 countries in a matter of 2 hours.

“Our Beloved Summer” features a song for each episode of the plot and tells the story of illustrator Choi Woong (played by Choi Woo-shik) and ex-girlfriend Guk Yeon Soo (Kim Da-mi) who need to get together again after a documentary filmed while still at school to go viral.

In  other related news, on December 6th, BTS announced a rest break and each member opened an individual Instagram account. All members have achieved high following numbers, but V has gained 26.8 million followers and became the most followed K-Pop male idol on the platform in just 13 DAYS!

The old record belonged to Jackson Wang with 26.5 million! Very impressive, right? Last week V also became the fastest Instagram account to reach 20 million followers. This Friday, december 24th, the number has reached 27.6 million. His groupmates, Suga, Jungkook, Jin, RM, Jimin and J-Hope, also have over 23 million each.
