The overwhelming success of ‘My Universe’ broke the internet and exceeded the expectations of fans. However, the live performance of the song performed by Coldplay and BTS was pending, as each group had presented the theme in their shows independently.
Neither group had hinted at possible performances together until a few hours ago when their attendance at the American Music Awards (AMAS) was confirmed.
The next November 21 will take place the delivery of the AMAS, whose objective is to recognize the most successful artists, groups, singles and albums of 2021.
There are several surprises for the 49th edition of this event to be held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, including the stellar conduction by rapper Cardi B as host of the AMAS.
On the other hand, the confirmation that the British group Coldplay and the popular band boy BTS will perform together, for the first time on a live stage, drove fans crazy.
Coldplay recently released their album Music of the Spheres in which the song “My Universe” was the prelude to other hits and duets with artists like Selena Gomez.
But ‘My Universe’ did not only reach the music platforms, it was supported by several more versions: one in acoustic, the official video of the song and a mini documentary called Inside ‘My Universe’, which already has more than 14 million views .
