SM rookies are back with their first mini album and an MV that is fire. Being the new group of one of the big three K-Pop companies is not an easy task, but Aespa is fullfilling expectations. Many questioned this newly debuted SM group but in less than a year hits such as ‘Black Mamba’ or ‘Next Level‘ have been scored with international success.
They haven’t yet completed a year since their debut, and they are already releasing their fourth song, ‘Savage’, which is accompanied by a very good looking eponymous mini album. ‘Aenergy’, ‘I’ll make you cry’ or ‘ICONIC’ are just some of the B-sides of this long-awaited album.
The music video has not left anyone indifferent, as both SM and the girls have brought one of the most impressive comebacks of the year. We can see a cinematography of the highest level that includes special effects of all kinds, animated versions of the idols and even an appearance of the black mamba that roamed the subway cars in their debut.
.
The views of the video clip on YouTube go up so fast that not even the platform itself has time to count them. ‘Savage’ has a catchy chorus, with an industrial rap base and a style very reminiscent of cyberpunk songs.

Sales are not a problem for the group, and the song has already gone viral on social networks with the iconic phrase “Oh my god! Don’t you know I’m a Savage“. Also, it was announced that the song had achieved a perfect all-kill. Not only is it the first aespa song to achieve a perfect all-kill, but it is also the first song by a girl group released in 2021 to achieve it.
