It all started on September 24, when fans realized that Chris Evans had started following Selena Gomez on Instagram. Days later, on October 1st, the actors were reportedly seen leaving the same studio in Los Angeles, making the crowd more insistent on the issue.
However, rumors also claimed that the two could be working on a movie together, another claim that has not been verified. The post to ignite this rumor was from a Gomez fan Twitter account that shared two images, with the caption:
“Chris Evans and Selena Gomez leaving the same studio in Los Angeles (October 1)“.
The first photo, which shows Gomez, was taken outside of a recording studio in Los Angeles, but in 2019. The second photo shows Evans in a raglan shirt, black jeans, a Boston Red Sox cap, and a mask mask. the New England Patriots as he leaves a London hotel in July 2020.

Evans and Selena Gomez were also circulating, leaving the same restaurant separately. But then it is confirmed that Gomez’s photo was taken in November 2017 outside a Pilates studio in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, the posted photo of Evans, who is seen about to get into a van with a cardboard box, was in October 2013 in another part of town.

Going further back, Selena Gomez said, during her appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” in 2015, that she had a crush on Chris Evans. She used the word “in love” to refer to him.
“ I am a bit in love with Chris Evans. Its not cute? It’s very nice” she declared.
