The tide is in favor of Britney Spears, who is now one step away from gaining her independence again. A day after the court decision that removed Jamie Spears, the singer’s father, from his curatorship, the pop princess published images showing that she is willing to experience freedom once and for all.
Enjoying a trip with her fiance, Sam Asghari, Britney several images on social networks in which she appears naked. The singer used flower emojis to censor her private parts in the records.
“Having fun in the Pacific never hurt anyone” wrote the pop star.

In the comments, her fiance joked: “#freethenipple”, making a little change with the hashtag #FreeBritney, used in the campaign that calls for the singer’s freedom and the end of her guardianship.

This Wednesday, September 29th, judge Brenda Penny decided to suspend the singer’s father, Jamie Spears, from the curatorship’s financial and asset management after 13 years. Public accountant John Zabel will take his place until the hearing that could end the guardianship. He will review the trusteeship documents and give a financial opinion until the next hearing.
The decision is a major victory for the Free Britney movement and paves the way for Jamie’s permanent removal in the coming days. Jamie has no longer served as a personal tutor since September 2019, when Jodi Montgomery took over that post.
During the court session, Britney’s legal team asked the Court to assess Jamie’s removal as a Conservative, arrange for an orderly guardianship transition, and consider the end of guardianship within 45 days.
