On September 3, BTS and Coldplay officially announced that they would be appearing on YouTube’s weekly series “Released” ahead of the premiere of their new “Permission to Dance MV (Shorts Challenge ver.).”
The new video will be a compilation of fans from all over the world taking on BTS’ “Permission to Dance” challenge, which was so popular earlier this summer that even some of their fellow idols joined in on the fun.
In the 15 minutes leading up to the release of the new video, BTS will be interviewed by Coldplay frontman Chris Martin about what inspired the “Permission to Dance” challenge, their experiences as world-famous artists, and more.
The special episode of “Released” will also include a selection of #PermissiontoDanceChallenge Shorts submitted by fans from various countries across the globe.
