This time we tell you how to prepare cheescake, Jungkook’s favorite cake, since you not only need to get the ingredients, but it is advisable to prepare a day before.
We also tell you how to make whipped cream to decorate it, an extra step but well worth it because it is the favorite of this singer, and thus celebrate that your idol turns 24 tomorrow.
Ingredients:
140 grams of vanilla cookies
80 grams of unsalted butter
Ingredients for the stuffing:
1 kilo of cream cheese
20 grams of wheat flour
200 grams of sugar
200 grams of fresh cream or whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
Ingredients for the whipped cream:
500 mL of cream or whipping cream
Icing sugar to taste.
The first thing you should do is grind the vanilla cookies, preferably the cracker or Maria type, in a food processor until you get a fine powder. Add the melted unsalted butter right there and grind a little more to integrate and make the mixture even finer.
Use a 22-centimeter mold that is removable, place a circle of waxed paper at the bottom and grease the walls with butter, sprinkle a little flour to make it greasy and flour, this will facilitate unmolding and will have a better appearance.
Pour the ground cookie to the bottom of the mold and match with a spatula or miserable and then flatten and compact with a glass. Put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees Celsius, for 10 minutes.
