BLACKPINK: official list of countries where THE MOVIE will be available in theaters

Approximately 100 countries will host the premiere of BLACKPINK: The movie, a tape by Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie and Rosé for the five years of their group career. Acclaimed girlband BLACKPINK will release their film BLACKPINK: the movie in theaters globally on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of their group debut, revealed on June 16 KST YG Entertainment.

This thrilling surprise for BLINK is part of the previously revealed 4+1 project, a set of activities scheduled by the K-pop quartet to celebrate their five-year musical journey in style. An exciting journey through BLACKPINK’s history from their debut in 2016 to the most recent The Show concert, through special sections.

According to YG Entertainment, the film will present a variety of segments such as the Memories room, a space for the most significant memories of the idols Jennie, Rosé, Lisa and Jisoo, dedicated to the individuality of the singers.

There will be no lack of an interview never before revealed to the fans and scenes from the successful 2018 tour In your area and The show, the global online concert that was held in January of this year. Regarding these last points, K-media anticipates that the public will be able to enjoy a vivid experience similar to face-to-face concerts.

At the moment, it has been confirmed that BLACKPINK: the movie will hit theaters in approximately 100 countries around the world on Sunday, August 8, 2021, the day the “Lovesick girls” performers celebrate the fifth anniversary of their group debut. Plus, it will be available on 4DX at select locations.
