Leigh-Anne has said that she is “incredibly excited” to get started, as she insisted that she is not turning her back on her career with Little Mix. She will continue on Little Mix. She said:
“This is an incredibly exciting time for me and my career. I can’t wait to show everyone what I have to come. I will continue to work solo while I’m with Little Mix. “
The announcement comes after the group, consisting of Leigh-Anne, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards; They will talk about their future after Jesy’s departure in December. Jade said, “I’m not saying we’re codependent, but we do trust each other a lot; So it’s been healthy to step back and think, ‘What do we want?’
“As we come together and work together this year, we will have an even better and healthier relationship with that perspective. This time it taught me that I’m still figuring out who I am too… It’s beautiful that we’re still a group, but we want to help push ourselves to do our own thing too. It’s like a new Little Mix dawn.”
