Cardi B almost sing ‘WAP’ in the Joe Biden’s ceremony

If you’re wondering why Cardi B wasn’t at Joe Biden’s inauguration as President of the United States; the rapper joked that she had to go to the dentist instead.

The chart-topping rap star cheekily said she was supposed to perform her latest chart hit at the ceremony in Washington. But she was very busy at the dentist.

Ugh I was supposed to perform wap at the inauguration today but I had a dentist appointment ??….maybe next time .

Belcalis recorded the hit single with Megan Thee Stallion, and its eye-catching music video also featured artists like Kylie Jenner, Rosalía and Normani. None of which attended yesterday’s event.

Pop star Jennifer Lopez gave a powerful performance and even spoke in Spanish on behalf of Latin Americans in the country.

Lady Gaga also performed during the formal ceremony performing the national anthem and delivering a beautiful message of peace.

More singers took their microphone for the television special after Biden took office as the 46th president of the United States.

Katy Perry wowed viewers with a majestic performance of her single “Firework”. This in front of the Lincoln Memorial, and ended the show with fireworks that lit up the sky.

The singer even managed to be a world trend for the quality of her show. Demi Lovato also gave a rendition of the classic “Lovely Day” originally sung by Bill Withers. The more than 90-minute show was hosted by Oscar-winning actor Tom Hanks. It featured speeches by new President Biden and up-and-coming Vice President Kamala Harris.
